2. The personal data collected on our website and purposes

a. Data that you send to us:

• Contact form: we use the data (surname, first name, location information, email, phone) provided when you submit our contact form to contact you to answer your question or request.
• Application form: : we use the data (surname, first name, full address details, email, telephone number) provided when you submit our application form to process your application.

Generally, fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If you fail to provide these details on the request that is connected to the particular form used, we will not be able to respond.

b. Data collected automatically

Whenever you visit our sites and use our apps, we collect data about your connection and navigation. Various technologies might be used to collect this data, the main one being cookies.

6. Data retention period

We retain your data for the time necessary for the operations for which it was collected, while complying with the legislation in force:

• The time necessary to process your request and respond to it, for contact made using our contact form,
• 13 months maximum for cookies stored on your computer.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data. You also have the right to restrict processing, oppose it entirely and to data portability.
